William Hargreaves is President of TACCOM Inc., where he leads the company’s mission to deliver reliable, rapidly deployable communication solutions for teams operating in complex and high-risk environments. With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, secure communications, product development, and systems integration, Bill brings a practical, mission-focused approach to building technology operators can trust when it matters most.

Before founding TACCOM, Bill spent more than a decade at CIS Secure, where he served in senior technical and product leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. There, he helped guide the development of secure communication platforms supporting U.S. Government, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community missions, working closely with customers to turn operational requirements into scalable, field-ready solutions.

A former U.S. Marine, Bill’s leadership is grounded in discipline, execution, and a clear understanding of the importance of dependable communications in the field. At TACCOM, he works directly with customers, engineers, and production teams to remove complexity from tactical communications and deliver mission-critical technology designed for real-world use.
